All our Counsellors are members of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy). All adhere to and comply with the BACP or UKCP Code of Ethics. Our counsellors are qualified with BACP accreditation. Counsellors working with young people have Enhanced DBS security checks.

Based in East London, near Stratford Village, we offer a safe space for personal exploration of your presenting difficulties, with a view of helping you to develop and understand your place in the world and so discover better ways of thinking, feeling and living.
